Instructions for Adana Kebab
To prepare the Adana Kebab recipe, please follow these instructions:
Chop the onions well. Mix all the ingredients except tomatoes and peppers in a bowl and leave for 20 minutes, preferably overnight.
Prepare the grill.
Cut the meat into 8-10 pieces Put the meat on the greased griddle to the side.
Place the spears on the grill.
Cut tomatoes and green peppers in half and put them on the grill next to the meat.
Warm pita bread. Server with parsley in pita bread and Adana kebab
