Instructions for Æblemazarin
To prepare the Æblemazarin recipe, please follow these instructions:
Findel butter in the flour and mix sugar. Add the cream and collect the dough. Let the dough rest while preparing the filling. Grind the almonds or chop them very nicely. Stir the butter and sugar together and stir the almonds together with the flour and the cream. Roll the dough to a round plate and coat a greased pie shape (layer cake form can also be used). Distribute peeled thinly sliced apples into the pie and add almonds. Behind the mazarin at 175 degrees for approx. half an hour. The cake can be frozen. Serving: Sprinkle sifted flour on serving. Tastes well with halibut with vanilla ice cream.
