Bleep/carefully cut skin of the thighs. Season with pepper on the entire thigh. Wrap a slice of bacon on the thigh. Cut a few cut in the thigh and season with salt and plenty of pepper and brush liberally with oil. Be placed on a rack and put in a cold oven. T
