Grilled herring fillets

Wipe the herring well and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bring onions, peppers and cucumbers on half of the fillets and put the rest over. Push them lightly together. Grease them with oil and place them on a brushed double iron. Grill the herrings for 8 minute
