Recipes with Potato-celery water

Warm smoked herring with stewed celery and potatoes

Make a butter bun and add water so it still has a thick consistency. Then add the cream and season to taste with salt, pepper and a little grated nutmeg. Turn potato and celery cubes in and warm through. Herring lunes lightly in oven or on pan with foil.
