Coconut cakes with nougat filling

Stir fat and sugar well together. Stir the egg in. Add vanilla sugar and salt. Mix coconut flour, flour, potato flour and baking soda and knead the dough together. Leave the dough cool for at least ½ hour. Roll out the dough and chop it into cakes approx. 4 cm
